The blade opening angle is increased to 30 degrees; combined with a puller screwdriver, the retractor interface and blade are securely locked; the ratchet structure, used with a three-dimensional retractor wrench, provides strong opening force with no rebound; the addition of an inner puller hook further expands the surgical field by retracting muscle tissue.
