proximal humeral plate is made of titanium and is designed for proximal humeral fractures, osteotomies, and nonunions, especially for bones with osteopenia. It features a locking compression plate design and includes a variety of screw options (3.5 mm locking screws, 3.5 mm cortical screws, and 4.0 mm cancellous screws), with sizes ranging from 3 holes × 88 mm to 9 holes × 160 mm.
